Crusader Kings 3 is a lets you shape your dynasty and your rule to show you see fit. One of the more notable additions to the game is letting you find a Witch Coven. To learn how, let’s dive into our CK3 Witch Guide!
CK3 Witch Guide
Players can find the Witch Coven in the Decisions tab in Crusader Kings 3, found on the right-hand side of the screen; however, four requirements are needed before doing so. They are the following:
- Character has either the Witch trait or secret.
- Character has the position of House Head
- The Players Heir has the Witch Trait or secret known by you
- Have at least 60% of House members, but no less than 4 for small Houses, have the Witch trait or secret known by you.
Founding a Witch Coven grants you an exceptional House modifier, which has four extremely beneficial effects for members of your House.
- Health: Medium Boost
- Fertility: +10%
- Hostile Scheme Resistance: +10.0
- Hostile Scheme Power: +10.0
As an added boon, all children educated buy characters that have the Witch Coven trait are 100% guaranteed to get it. Plus your schemes to convert others are easier to do.
It’s worth keeping in mind that the bigger your House is, the harder it is to reach that 60% needed that are Witches. It’s best to attempt this as with an average-sized House. For the best possible Lifestyle that the Witch Trait is tied to is the Learning Lifestyle. The event happens more randomly with this than with anything else.
If your rule should die, the Heir of your House will begin uncovering every Witch secret that they are unaware of! It’s not one of the easiest things to accomplish having a Witch Coven, but it’s no doubt something that everyone playing Crusader Kings 3 should try!
